Why don't you have
COUPONS in your e-mail notices any more?

Please read. Effective Immediately.

We are no longer offering coupons on e-mail notices. We have had several problems and have discontinued coupons including the Special Deal coupon.

If we can figure out a way to offer coupons again without having so many problems we will.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING WHY
We have Discontinue USE OF COUPONS

Should we decide to offer them again. It explains why we had to discontinue the Coupon Codes. Too many people were not able to follow the simple instructions and so unfortunately we had to discontinue offering Coupon Codes in our E-mail notices.

1. Due to credit card fraud and the NEW credit card regulations for our merchant account we are unable to make changes to authorized amounts. Therefore we cannot add to or substract from your orders total.
When you place an order over our website, (and the majority of all websites that you order from), your credit card is automatically 'authorized' for the amount of the order you just placed. This means the 'funds' have been 'set aside by your bank or credit card' for your purchase. Once we have packaged your order for shipping we then do a "settlement" and then collect the funds that have been set aside. Your payment to us is finalized.

2. If there are any changes either another authorization or a change in the amount collected - we get penalized (and if we add to or discount your current order, we will be changing your authorization amount, and then we pay the consequences.)

3. Our policy stated that, YOU, the customer, had to put the coupon code in at the time the order is placed on the website. And all to often folks were e-mailing or calling and were asking us to 'add' the coupon. Well we aren't allowed to do that any more.

4. The coupon code is only accepted on orders placed over the website.
We don’t accept coupon codes to be used with phone orders or phone calls or emails asking to have the coupon code used on an order already placed on the website. We didn't accept coupon codes on Phone orders because - well, folks wanted to order in the evenings and on weekends and we aren't in the office AND you can't imagine how much we play phone tag trying to reach folks when we try to return calls. So our policy was that you couldn't use a coupon code for a phone order.

5. The instructions for using the code was on the bottom of every email that had a coupon code in it. Yep, it was very simple to add the Coupon code, yet many folks could not see where to put it in or just forgot to enter it, then they would e-mail or call. But unfortunately we can't change the amount of your order.

So YOU Can See where you entered the Coupon code Click here to see where the Coupon Codes are to be placed and the button to 'click' on to activate the coupon to show you the discounts. (This page of instructions will open up in another window.)

Please Know too that we will not hold or delay processing or shipping of your order. - If you request an order to be held for delayed processing or shipping at a later date, it cannot be held, as this is not fair to other customers. Please don't ask for delayed processing or shipment. This would negate the rules of our "Coupon Sale". (Essentially, delayed processing or shipping is 'like' a 'rain check' and we don't do 'rain checks' on "Sales Coupons"). And Again our Merchant Account (the ability to accept credit cards) won't let us hold an order for longer then just a couple days. So we just say no holding or delaying.

Sorry, No Code, No discount, If the Sale is not showing in your shopping cart when you add an Item it is either too early or you missed the Sale.

(Pretty much like the coupons and Sales at other stores including the grocery store, Limited time coupon or Sales offers, with expiration dates firm; no coupon, no discount and you have to purchase during the sale).

As in fairness to all our customers we cannot give any discounts (redeem coupons or offer Sale prices ) that were not in effect at the time your order was placed.

It is easy to subscribe and if you decide you no longer wish to get the e-mail notices from us letting you know there is a Sale on the Day/s listed in the e-mail it is easy to use and simply Unsubscribe or Opt-out link.
