that need a lot of items!
Many times we are asked if we give discounts to Health Care Professionals, Massage Therapists, or Business Owners? Please you must continue to read on.
We are asked very often if we sell 'wholesale' or have a wholesale price list.
Sorry, but No we don't have a 'wholesale price list' as we are Retailers.
We are classified as a Retail store by the State of Minnesota. We cannot sell both Wholesale and Retail unless we want to register another separate business that would be strictly a Wholesale entity. Let me tell you running one business is plenty.
We truly appreciate the fact that someone has been able to attain the education they needed to get a practitioners license whether is it a Doctor, Nurse, Massage Therapist, Spa or Salon owner or anyone that has Started their own business.
We agree that you deserve to get better pricing because we know that running a business costs money. And we also know you use essential oils, massage oils and other products in larger volumes.
So although we do not offer Wholesale pricing we do offer "Like Wholesale" prices.
Our prices are already as low as we can offer because we try to make buying essential oils and aromatherapy supplies affordable for everyone.
Right now you can save as you purchase larger quantities of our bottled essential oils, blends, carrier oils and personal care products.
Of course, we always encourage you to purchase a 'sample' or small quantity first to make sure this is the product that will fulfill your needs, Before you purchase in a much larger quantity.
As the product bottle sizes increase our price per mL or oz decreases. So if you pay say $1.00 a mL for an oil at a 2 mL size you can easily see that the same oil in a 30mL bottle may have a price of $0.60 per mL.
In this day and age when you see "Wholesale Only" and "Wholesale prices" you can get very confused, especially when the business is allowing everyone and anyone to make a purchase. Technically these businesses really aren't "Wholesale" but lead you to believe they are.
With the advent of Online and Internet marketing, the old "Wholesale" term and systems are quickly becoming very outdated. It appears to be getting more rare to see the "Wholesale" pricing structures of previous eras. And in today's fraudulent environment you really should be very careful who you are giving your Federal Tax ID and Sales Tax numbers too.
So, Instead of seeing a "True" Wholesale company you (and we) are seeing more and more companies offering discounts once a minimum amount purchase is attained.
In fact, several of our suppliers offer us this type of pricing. By the way, most of our suppliers are the manufacturers or large distributors of the items we sell. We are required to purchase in the Thousand dollar range to get discounts. Don't worry, we won't make you order thousands to get the discount we are going to offer.
We have decided that what we can do is offer a discount to those businesses and individuals that meet a minimum purchase also. This is something we can offer to our fellow business owners and health care providers (professionals). Just like so many of our suppliers offer to us. We must meet a minimum purchase then we can use a discount coupon!
So we are offering you an INSTANT COUPON DISCOUNT when you make a qualifying Minimum Purchase. We are offering several Levels of Instant Coupons.
To Summarize:
1. The larger the size bottle you order, the lower the cost per ml/oz.
2. If your Order exceeds $200.00 or more, use our Instant Coupon code.
3. Remember our prices are already low, so consider the discounts an "extra savings".
If you don't qualify for an Instant Coupon Savings Discount remember we still are offering you some of the lowest prices without compromising the Highest Quality of essential oils and other products we are proud to sell.

HOW TO USE THE INSTANT SAVINGS COUPON CODES
FIRST: YOU MUST place your order ONLINE only.
As much as we wish we could talk to each of you personally, taking orders over the phone is not
always practical especially since it's just Penny and Al that work here.
And well, we aren't always available when you want to place orders. So we had to set one of the "Terms and Conditions"
for this Instant Savings Coupon Code as an ONLine Order only Savings Coupon.
(See below for the complete "Terms and Conditions" that apply for using INSTANT SAVINGS COUPON CODES.
Simply, When you are ALL finished shopping and are ready to Check out, you will enter the Correct INSTANT SAVINGS COUPON CODE into the "Redeem Coupon" Space and Click the "Redeem Coupon" button on the "View Cart" page, BUT only at the point you are Ready to Check out!
You will need to check for the Correct Instant Savings Coupon for the Total of your Order (WITHOUT SHIPPING fees.) The Instant Savings Coupon is not applicable to shipping fees.
The INSTANT SAVINGS COUPON is not valid with any other discount or Sale.
YOU CAN ONLY ENTER THE CORRECT COUPON IN ONE TIME for any given ORDER!!!
YOU MUST enter the Coupon Code AFTER you have entered all the items you want to order & just before
you proceed with Checkout.
"TERMS and CONDITIONS" for INSTANT SAVINGS COUPON CODES
1. WE CANNOT retroactively apply coupon discounts to orders already processed and paid.
In other words - if you place an order online and do not use a coupon and then later remember or later learn about
this coupon program, we CANNOT-WILL NOT go back and apply the discount or refund the coupon value back to your order
or credit card. NO Exceptions can be made.
2. The Coupons are for single orders only.
You cannot accumulate your total spent from separate orders and use a coupon.
Example: You can not place an order for $185.00 then later on call us and say you forgot to order a $20.00 product.
This second separate order will not be applied/eligble towards earning a coupon discount.
Also, you can't call and say there was an error with the order total and ask for an adjustment.
You are ultimately responsible for "Reviewing your Order BEFORE you make it final".
Again, No Exceptions will be made.
3. You can use ONLY ONE INSTANT Coupon and/or discount per order.
Our System is set up to only allow ONE Coupon per order. AND
YOU MUST ENTER the Coupon AFTER you are finished entering ALL the items you want to order.
IF YOU try to enter it MORE than once OR MORE than one COUPON they MAY ALL be REJECTED.
Unfortunately if your coupon is rejected, you will need to Empty your Shopping cart, re-enter all your items
and after you are done shopping, THEN add the CORRECT COUPON Code (from Below) for the Total of your Order.
