ORDERS MUST be placed BEFORE 10 AM CENTRAL TIME for us to ship it on the day the order is placed. (Weekends and Holidays Excluded) Otherwise you order will be processed and shipped the next day OR in the order in which it was received (see more information below).
PLEASE YOU MUST CALL and leave a Message that you have an ORDER that is a Second Day or Next Day shipping method.
Otherwise it will be Processed and Shipped in the Order in which it was received with our other orders.
YOU are responsible for letting us know that you are having Expedited shipping.
We may not see that it is a Expedited Shipping Method until we process the order.
During certain times of the year when orders are more abundant we may not see that you want it expedited until it
comes up in our processing.
Just choosing Second Day and Next Day shipping doesn't guarentee we will process it ahead of other orders - UNLESS you contact us by PHONE - 1-218-384-9294 and leave a message including your NAME & ORDER NUMBER and the Shipping Method you choose during the check out process.

You or someone will NEED to sign for ANY EXPEDITED package.
So make sure it is shipped to an address where someone will be able to sign for it.
AND you must CALL us to let us know you are expediting it
MAKE SURE YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING INFORMATION IS CORRECT!!
If the Credit card billing address does not match the address you get your credit card statements at
and we get a NO MATCH when processing your Credit Card -
Your Order WILL NOT be shipped until we get the Corrected information.
Make sure you give us a phone number that you can be reached at in case
we have questions about your order or again, your order will not ship until we get the correct informaiton.
EXPEDITED ORDERS must be placed BEFORE 10 AM CENTRAL TIME in order
to be shipped on that day, otherwise it will be shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY in the order in which our orders
are received.
In order to have enough time to process and package your order AND to notify our shipping
carriers in advance that there are EXPEDITED SHIPPMENTS we have to have your order in BEFORE 10 AM CENTRAL TIME.
NO EXCEPTIONS & YOU have to NOTIFY US THAT it is a Expedited Shipping method.
(We cannot ship out on Saturdays or Sundays - not only are we not in the office on
those days but the shipping services are also closed.)
IF you want to see what EXPEDITED SHIPPING WILL COST You MUST "Set the Shipping" information on the Shopping Cart to be able to see the Shipping costs. (Instructions to 'set the Billing' are on the "View Shopping Cart" page. Click on that link and then on the top of the next page will be the Shipping Methods and a "SEE RATES" link.)
If we are on VACATION or OUT OF TOWN (which are both rare and only occur a couple times a year, There are NO EXPEDITED CHOICES - and All packages will be processed in the order in which they are received through our shopping cart services.
You MAY be sent an receipt by e-mail once your package is shipped.
You will also be sent an e-mail with the Tracking number.
