There is nothing like a long relaxing soak in a tub of hot water at the end of the hectic
day!! Or if you have to go out for the evening you can certainly use an energying bath too.
The Salt blend in our Bath Salts, will not only help sooth sore tired muscles,
but are softening for the skin too.
So if you need some primping, preening and treating yourself with a little bath before a night out
on the town, all you need to do is add the bath salt blend and your own essential oils to a tub of nice warm water
and enjoy all those wonderful scents.
You can use the salt blend plain or you can add essential oils to help you to relax, to meditate and to energize.
Now if you prefer to exfoliate a couple times a week and like the quick and easy use of a Salt Scrub, you will
enjoy our Salt Scrub . It has lots of wonderful nourishing fixed oils like Jojoba and Fractionated Coconut.
You can add your own essential oils or use it as is with the Lavender scent.
Just put a handful in your damp cloth or sponge, rub all over your body - arms, legs, tummy, buttocks etc and feel the
skin begin to feel clean, exfoliated and glowing!.
Finish your shower using a nice soap, rinse well, dry off with a lovely soft towel and put on
a nice moisturising lotion. Ooooooo you feel so good!
Currently The Body Salt Scrub is only available in Lavender but we hope to have
other scent choices soon.
A beautiful soft complexion can be yours, starting with a twice weekly Brown sugar
scrub.
We have two different formulations - one for the delicate, yet prone to blemishes younger skin (typically those under 35)
and another formula for the more mature facial skin of those over 35.
With either formula your face will feel oh so soft and smooth.
Your face will absolutely glow! The smell is so yummy (but don't eat it) - the brown sugar sweetness with the special blend of essential
oils will enlighten your senses.

Bath Salts
A special blend Epsom Salt (Magnesium sulfate), two different Sea Salts and Sodium bicarbonate.
Fill the tub with water, add the packet of bath salt, swirl to dissolve the salt.
Add any essential oil - 5-8 drops of your favorite blend!
Then sit back and enjoy.
To make a simple gift, purchase Basic Bath Salt, add a few drops of essential oils, stir and
package in a pretty little Jar or bag. Don't forget to add your own instructions.
Basic Bath Salt Blend
Bath Salts are Sold by Weight. Depending on how much you add to the tub the following guidelines will help.
4 oz is for One bath
8 oz is enough for 2-3 baths
1 lb is enough for 5-6 baths
2 lb is enough for 10-12 baths
Bath Salts with
2 ml vial of Lavender Essential oil Simple add several drops to the bath once you have the tub filling and the salt added.
Bath Salts with
2 ml vial of Calming Essential oil Blend Simple add several drops to the bath once you have the tub filling and the salt added.
SALT SCRUBS for the BODY
Salt Scrub
A special blend Epsom Salt (Magnesium sulfate), Sea Salt, Jojoba, Fractionated Coconut oil,
Vegetable Glycerin*
Polysorbate 20* and 100% Pure Lavender Essential oil.
This all natural Salt scrub for exfoliating your body should give you a nice
and natural healthy glow.
Bath Salts are for use by adults. If at any time an irritation should occur, rinse off well and
discontinue use.

Using a Salt scrub is easy to do. Simply apply a little to your wash cloth or sponge and
gently rub around your entire body.
Don't use on your face though or on any open or raw skin - Salt can
sting and burn these areas.
Again, Salt Scrubs are not for use on or by Children.
BROWN SUGAR FACIAL SCRUB
Brown Sugar Facial Scrubs
A special blend Epsom Salt (Magnesium sulfate), Sea Salt, Avocado oil, Jojoba, Fractionated Coconut oil,
Sweet Almond oil, Vegetable Glycerin*, Polysorbate 20* and 100% Pure Essential oil blends.
Brown sugar is a gentle, sweet scrub for use on the face.
Simple to use twice a week, more than that on your tender facial skin will not improve
your skin and is not necessary.
Apply to a dampened face and neck. You will only need about 1 teaspoonful each time. Rub gently over your face and neck
avoiding your eyes, nose and mouth. Use for about 1 minute. Then rinse well and use a gentle plain unscented bar
soap to wash off any excess oil and sugar. Pat dry if you desire or better yet, apply a toner or astringent, let dry
and then apply your favorite moisturizer.
You will immediately feel the soft and smooth skin. Your skin will have a gentle glow.
Brown Sugar Scrub with
FRESH FACE Blend

This blend is best for use with more mature skin of those 35 years and older.
Smooth and Soft essential oil blend was developed to help give skin the more soft and smooth youthful appearance we all
seek as we mature. Mixing it with this unique and natural ingredient blend of brown sugar and face nourishing oils
with an additional drop of Rose Otto added makes this a great way to make your skin feel more soft and smooth.
(Penny has been testing this blend for the past several weeks - Al says he can noticably feel and see the
difference!)

Polysorbate 20 is derived from the compounding of Oleic Acid (derived from Olive Oil)
and Sorbital (from fruits and berries).
It is an non-ionic surfactant and emulsifier often used in Natural based products
as it is considered very safe.
Vegetable Glycerin is a natural based emollient which is also used in the food industry as it
has a natural sweet taste. Glycerin is a humctant and draws moisture from the air and helps to keep the skin
hydrated from the outside. It is used in both the cosmetic and food industry. It is a vegetable based and Kosher.
